How to Return or Exchange a Product:
1) Fill out a return/exchange request form at www.buyheadlight.com/rmaform/product_return
2) Once approved (usually within 48 hours), you will be notified via
email of your return authorization number which you will write on the
box coming back
3) Ship the item back to us, following the instructions that are emailed to you

return authorizations get lost in our warehouse.
Most things can be returned within 30 days of you receiving your
products, but there are some items that cannot be returned:

All items need to be returned in original condition along with
packaging to acceptable by our returns department. There is a 30%
restocking fee on all returns that are not due to shipping errors on
part by buyheadlight.com.
